Choosing a Neighbourhood… (when price is no object)
Choosing your first home can be an overwhelming experience. Luckily, most people are constrained by price when purchasing their first home. Price is the ‘limiter’ for almost all buyers but especially for first timers.
My questions is, what if price was no object in choosing your home? What neighbourhood would you choose? And more importantly why?
What is most important? The size of the house? Quality of the schools? Proximity to biking trails or a highway? When you are looking for your next house, try taking price out of the equation while still being honest and realistic about what you ‘need’ in a neighbourhood. You might be pleasantly surprised.
