Real Estate Agents: Paper Flyers versus Online Advertising

Advertising for real estate agents is fact of life. The leading edge agents embrace new technology such as Facebook, Twitter, Google AdWords, and many more; not to mention HomeZilla Local Advertising for Real Estate Agents. The price for these options can be much lower then ‘traditional’ advertising but old habit die hard. On Thursday and Friday, 10 different real estate agent flyers arrived in my mailbox. To flyer my area of Toronto it cost about $600 so those agents spent $6000 to have something that usually goes from mailbox to recycling.

Those same agents could reach 1000+ home buyers who are actively researching homes for $100. That is a 85% reduction in cost to reach a more targeted audience.
