Schools are almost always the most searched amenities when people are researching a neighbourhood. The exception being some neighbourhoods in Toronto and Vancouver where people are looking for grocery stores and public transit. But this year the trend is stronger than ever before…

The most surprising trend I see is that High Schools have six of the ten top searches. Everywhere we go it seems there are lots of small kids and babies…so we expected a lot more research on Elementary Schools. But the numbers don’t lie…
